Missing Software Version for Dockerfile

The File
https://public.dhe.ibm.com/ibmdl/export/pub/software/websphere/messaging/mqadv/9.3.1.1-IBM-MQ-Advanced-for-Developers-Non-Install-LinuxX64.tar.gz configured in Dockerfile did not exist, only https://public.dhe.ibm.com/ibmdl/export/pub/software/websphere/messaging/mqadv/9.3.1.0-IBM-MQ-Advanced-for-Developers-Non-Install-LinuxX64.tar.gz is available Can you please update Version

@jsetzer there are two things. First of all 9.3.1.1 is a fixpack version and developer versions are not release for MQ fixpacks as far as I know. And second is, now in the latest Dockerfile the MQ_URL has been replaced by MQ_ARCHIVE and it reflects latest version available.
