Solution to #431

Hi MQ Container architects! I faced the same issue as described in #431 (here: Fedora 32, podman 2.2.1). For me the solution proposed by ppintogbm (after the issue had been closed) worked too. He modified the Makefile, to add :Z to the volume mount: --volume $(DOWNLOADS_DIR):/var/downloads:Z It took me two days until I finally found his comment. Might it be worth to add his solution to the Makefile to avoid future MQ container users to go through this?
