Mustgather should include MINIO and MariaDB logs (AI Service)

Feature and motivation

The new Maximo AI Service has MariaDB and MINO as prerequisites for its installation and operation. These logs are needed to troubleshoot issues with the Maximo AI Service, so it would be ideal if the must-gather captured these logs.

Usage example

This would make it easier to troubleshoot issues with the Maximo AI Service.
