Validate OpenShift cluster infrastructure during MAS must-gather
Feature and motivation
Currently, the MAS CLI must-gather does not capture any information that can be used to validate the OpenShift cluster infrastructure. This can lead to issues where clients open cases for OpenShift ROSA or ARO issues, as IBM does not provide direct OpenShift support for any issues with this infrastructure. This can lead to wasted hours investigating where we must then explain to the client they must reach out to Azure / AWS support to investigate the issue further.
It would be ideal if the infrastructure provider/type could be validated and tracked when the MAS CLI must-gather is captured. If this is not possible, then a message at the end of the must-gather collection log warning clients they must engage AWS / Azure if they have an OpenShift issue could serve as an alternative.
Usage example
This would help clients ensure they are receiving support from the correct team and lower the amount of wasted hours within support investigating an area not supported by IBM.
