MAS Uninstall cannot be re-run if Suite has been uninstalled

Feature and motivation

If you run MAS Uninstall and encounter a problem after the Suite has been uninstalled, you will not be able to resume the uninstall process to clean up dependencies due to the non-existent mas instanceid.

The mas uninstall process should ideally be able to clean up the remaining dependencies even after the Suite CR has been uninstalled.

Usage example

This would help to avoid uninstall issues where there are leftover resources due to a failed install/uninstall.
