Issue with latest Cli installation.

Cli Container 16.0.0
MAS installation is failing on the all the new TX cluster we are provisioning.
Need some help or fix on ansible scripts!!

Fatal Error -- Installation Failing
This is a problem with OpenShift Pipelines in this system, the CLI is just timing out waiting for the operator to do it's thing. There's nothing really we can fix in the CLI or our ansible code.
You would need to investigate the state of the OpenShift Pipelines installation on this cluster and why it's not able to complete. If the problem is that OpenShift Pipelines is successfully installed and the CLI didn't detect it being successfully installed (even on re-running the CLI) then we'll need to understand the exact state of the pipelines install to see why it couldn't be recognized as successful install.
Hi @durera I confirm I had the same issue this morning and the PVC wasn't even created and waiting to be binded. I had to manually create the PVC to make it work
