trace view should add "queueing delays" for sequences

the backend models behave a bit differently for sequences than they do for primitive actions. the "queueing delays" for primtive actions are recorded in the waitTime field in the annotation of invocations of primitive actions. not so for sequences. but we can infer them, via those gaps shown in the attached figure
