Since we serve Jellyfin through a reverse proxy, it just needs to bind to the loopback interface. This is not the case currently and can cause Jellyfin to not startup...

This would be at least super useful to keep up to date the LDAP and OID plugins. As can be seen from #262, that can introduce issues if not kept...
