Looks like the docs preview are showing a zoom that doesn't match the current.

I was able to get rid of the leafmap dependency and rely only on lonboard, I fixed also the plotting zoom, it needs a workaround but things look good for now.

I did a gh pr checkout to this PR and did the changes there, I'm not sure if I should push to this PR or if I should create a new one.
