feat(hive): add HiveQL support

Hi!

I'd like to add HiveQL support (as a backend) to this project. Is that something the development team would be interested in?

Hi @EricSchles! Thanks for reaching out.

I think we'd be interested in helping shepherd a Hive backend, but I don't think we have the capacity to build and maintain it ourselves.

What do you think about building it as a separate backend in the spirit of https://github.com/ibis-project/ibis-bigquery (as ibis-hive under the ibis-project)?

Regarding implementation, I suspect that most of the base SQL compiler can be reused, since the SQL it generates should be largely Hive-compatible.
