Dragging does not work in a certain case

I am trying to drag a tab to another column and the targeting column is not accepting it. It is hard to describe, but I have an animation.

The gif is converted from a video and somehow it is a bit slow, sorry about that

I was able to reproduce the bug, I think it only affects the "Apps" folder. As a workaround, enable "Show top-level folders" in the options

I have same issue, but it is not only Apps folder but any folder and enabling (or reenabling) "Show top-level folders" did not help.

I'm using latest version installed from chrome store in Microsoft Edge on OpenSUSE Tumbleweed.
