Firefox crashes when opening a page in the same tab

I'm running on Firefox 67.0a1.

I'm not sure why this is happening, but for some reason whenever I try to open a link from HNTP, if it's configured to open them in the same tab, firefox will crash.

This behavior doesn't happen when setting HNTP to open the website in a new tab. Everything works fine in this scenario.

After a bit of testing it seems like this behavior is happening when using the Bitwarden password manager add-on installed. Disabling it makes everything work properly, though I'm not sure what's happening. I'll open an issue there too.
