Mastarm Race Condition

Observed behavior (please include a screenshot if possible)

Builds fail randomly when yaml transformation is not completed in time.

Expected behavior

Mastarm should use a lock or async operation to wait for the operation to complete.

Steps to reproduce the problem

Build datatools and get lucky.
