Observed behavior (please include a screenshot if possible)

A gap in service warning is shown if the last valid date (or expiring date) of a compared feed version is the day before the other feed version becomes valid (see screenshot).

Expected behavior

The service gap warning shouldn't be shown in such cases.

Steps to reproduce the problem

Compare two feeds, one expiring the day before the other takes effect. Observe the unnecessary gap in service warning.
