Content overflow in GTFS Validation with long entity ids/values

Observed behavior (please include a screenshot if possible)

Validation table overflows beyond the bounds of its container when dealing with feeds with long IDs and/or long field values (see screenshot, right-edge of table).

Expected behavior

The table should remain within its container (and excess text should be clipped).

Steps to reproduce the problem

Load a GTFS feed with long IDs or values that trigger a known GTFS validation error.
