MTC usability fixes

Some items noticed by @evansiroky during the review of #225:

  • Should change search type button to be checkboxes
  • The infobox saying to zoom in could be an overlay on the map
  • If there is more than 1 project, you'll need to refresh the page in order to have the feeds show up on the alerts page.
  • If a route doesn't have any shapes, an error will occur when trying to draw the route/pattern on the map
