Dear Sir

We have installed dependency packages like GCC, G++, SEAL, but still we are getting error while installing pyfhel in ubunut/windows python environment. We have also tried in the google colab, we got the same error. Please find the error details as follows:

We are working currently with python 3.8 version

Without a doubt! It would probably require meddling a bit with the python versions for the CI, but be my guest!
