Cannot bind a keyboard shortcut that uses the "tab" key

Describe the bug In the Amethyst settings windows / Shortcuts tab, it is not possible to bind a keyboard shortcut that uses the tab key. Instead of making the new binding, the tab key causes the tabs of the settings panel to become hilighted/focused

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior: try and bind ctrl + alt + tab to do any action

Expected behavior The shortcut is created

  • macOS: sonoma 14.2.1 (23C71)
  • Amethyst: 0.20.0
