Windows not tiling after 0.16

Describe the bug I've always had some instances where windows don't tile, but its pretty rare. After upgrading to 0.16 I've been noticing it a lot more

Applications: Mail, Outlook, Slack, vscode, etc

To Reproduce I'm not sure of specifics at this time. Some of it may happen after disconnecting/connecting a monitor, but I've noticed the issue even when I've been on the same monitor layout for a while.

I resolve the issue by closing and re-opening amethyst. I think if a window is minimized when amethyst is re-opened it may still not be tiled once its un-minimized

Expected behavior All applications should be tiled by Amethyst

I have a similar issue. The "Force windows to be reevaluated" hotkey does not work in these cases. I have found switching workspaces (control+arrow or three-finger swipe) and back will resolve it. It seems like Amethyst is not aware of one of the windows.

I also have this issue with Safari on M1Pro. E.g. when Safari and Discord are open, Discord will tile correctly but Safari stays unaffected in „Column“ and tiles however incorrectly in all other modes except fullscreen (I think the only mode where it tiles correctly).

With tiling „incorrectly“ I mean that it will position correctly, but overlaps with Discord (or other apps).

Same issue here, mainly with Chrome window.

Same issue, with filezilla, terminal and finder windows

Sometimes it's working, but most of the time it just handles two windows and the third app will be "burried" under the other windows
