When changing focus between windows on MacOS 12.4 Amethyst sometimes re-arranges windows on that screen.

Describe the bug After updating to MacOS 12.4 I have started to have times when changing focus between two windows on the same screen prompts Amethyst to rearrange that screen.

Applications: Chrome, WebEx Chat, Warp, Logseq.

To Reproduce I have not gotten consistent reproduction. I typically have between 2 and 4 open windows on a given screen at any time. Often I will have two that I will be swapping between often while doing some work tasks, when clicking to change focus between them they will rearrange. It most frequently happens with Chrome.

Expected behavior Windows to remain in the arrangement they are in until a hotkey is pressed to cycle them.
