Choose a default layout for each display

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. I have a MBP 13", I also have a 49" ultra wide. On my ultra wide, I use 3 column middle layout, on my MBP display I use fullscreen. When I open the app, one of the displays will have the wrong layout since I can only save one implicit default layout (the first in the list).

This is exacerbated by the constant crashes, which means I have to restart Amethyst multiple times per day.

Describe the solution you'd like I would like to be able to save a different layout for each display, so that when I start Amethyst, the correct layout is selected for each display.

I use M1 Mac mini connected to a 49" ultrawide and a 32" ultrawide and i am able to use 2 different layouts at the same time no problem (I use tall on the 32 and middle layout on the 49)

@Carlos-0percent The issue described by @lougreenwood is that after a restart all displays default to the same layout which means windows get scrambled around every time Amethyst crashes (which is often unfortunately).
