Allow multiple templates anywhere in property value

Currently only entire property values can be a template. These changes make it possible to use multiple templates anywhere in a property value. Particularly useful in markdown cards. See the updated README for an example.

Attached is a compiled version that includes both this PR and #109.

@iantrich @swiergot Guys, let's do smth about this PR. Could it be merged or not? I can merge it, but these changes should be reviewed, not ready to do it myself. Also, a new release should be issued then, never did it myself yet)))
