Update to RXJS 6

Not sure they're done updating the documentation on the site. And, truthfully, I prefer their documentation for v5. But just thought I'd let you know.

Thanks @drhayes, might as well have an issue for this.

Yeah I also preferred the old docs and based on a very cursory glance the new ones look like they will take significantly more effort to convert static pages.
