Clicking the URL for the Windows Azure XPlatCLI results in a runtime error page (yet the DL occurs).

I ended up downloading the package 4 times (hitting refresh).

Maybe a better link exists. Perhaps the aka./ms http://aka.ms/webpi-azure-cli
