Build android and iOS apps. Initially just using existing webui in a webview.

This is a precursor to post-quantum signatures. But will also make the current version faster.

Make it 10MB for uploads, 20MB for deletes and everything else. This is because users are confused by the lack of initial progress when uploading large files.

This will massively speed up building newsfeed, and global root in presence of such friends.
