Those are both merged and deployed now. Could you try the zip folder download again in the browser (no need for incognito now)? Or you can grab the latest jar...
I think there are still issues with the huge zip download in the browser. So leave that with us. In the mean time shell get should work.
I highly recommend upgrading to v1.0.0. There are critical fixes to v0.22.0.
