There should be an option to exclude AWS Organizations Accounts that are suspended

If you close an AWS account it first goes into a suspended state for 90 days. When former2 adds the accounts to the the list of resources to generate, there should be an option to choose whether suspended accounts are included (defaulting to no) because CloudFormation cannot manage suspended accounts.
