CloudFormation support for AWS Organizations and Accounts

I am just creating this as a way of getting notified when support for the above resources in CloudFormation is added, appreciate fully that AWS have only just added the support themselves!

Hey @reidca,

That should be in now. I believe you need to set your region to N. Virginia for it to work.
