Hi,

Is it possible to get resources based on Tags?

Hi @nareshynn,

Not directly, though you could perform a scan then use the search feature with the name of the tag you're looking for. That should capture all the resources you need.

Thanks for response. But when iam providing TAG value in Search ( appname: x) it is not giving any resources.

But when i am entering x in search box it is providing all resources contains x.

can you please let me know how we can use tag value in search?

+1

I also tried using search to look for tags, and it did not work. But perhaps I found the issue. When I searched from the specific resource dashboard (e.g., VPC), searching for the tag name or value turned up nothing. But when I searched from the "Search" tab in the left pane, then, it did work.

This is actually a very powerful feature! Perhaps you want to document this specifically in the Readme / docs so people are aware. Or maybe add an explicit "Tag Filter" where one could specify the name and/or the value.

Thanks!
