Create Terminal on Windows

Hey,

im unable to create a Terminal on Windows:

"Unsupported platform for terminal. Upgrade Visual Studio Code to 1.26.0 or above for full compatibility."

OS: Windows_NT x64 10.0.16299 VSC: 1.30.2

Hi Matthias,

We're tracking this at #9 . tl;dr waiting for the VSCode team to implement a feature that will fix allow this to happen for Windows machines.
