Allow options for 3070 and 3090

Thank you for providing this service to users. I would like to use this for the 3090 so I can actually get one to install in my PC and one for a friend.

It uses SKU numbers so it will be usable for both the 3090 and 3070 once the SKU numbers are released on digitalriver. Which will not be available until shortly before release.

How do we set the new sku numbers? Was set sku number depricated?

SKU number flag was deprecated, there will be a new parameter added for 3070's and 3090's as the SKUs become available.

That's only part of it we still need Nvidia api skus for all regions

no because nvidia has not added 3070 skus to their api yet
