I think I like the idea of adding NSI IDs. It's (1) a "friendly" project that we can suggest additions to fairly easily (and those additions would also improve OSM)...
Nope, no proxies. I have thought about that, but haven't done it yet.
A lot of these aren't specific locations, but links to local chapters. This site is probably not a great candidate for scraping.

Yup, charging locations are ok. I would prefer that we pull from 1st party sources rather than aggregators, so as long as char.gy runs their charging network I'm ok with...
It updates once a week when the global run finishes. This usually happens on Saturday, I think.
