I've poked around a bit on other pieces of the data at INEGI this morning and there's more to pull in, but almost none of it has valid projection information...

Yep, there are 2,503 footprints in the database for `mx_lidar` (this issue), but as mentioned in [the comment above](https://github.com/tilezen/joerd/issues/136#issuecomment-314751249) it covers a very small part of Mexico.

I've tried to manually click through the data download basket a few times and it resets when you miss any of the tiny squares. Very frustrating 😄. If anyone wants...

@mojodna I'm doing this on a machine with 64GB of memory and don't see any memory pressure while I'm running it. I wonder if Docker limits memory usage by default?
