GEDCOM 5.5.5 support

Version 5.5.5 of GEDCOM is being sold as a major clean-up and simplification. Supporting it might result in less code, not more.

The spec makers have been busy. Version 7.0.16 dated 8 March 2025:

Thanks for bumping this. I was following the 7.0 development last year but moved onto something else. I'll take a look this year and see what needs to be done to add support for the new tags and other changes.
