Adding to FDroid

I plan to request that Fdroid packages Purple Train for its repository following these instructions: https://gitlab.com/fdroid/rfp/ However, as I am not very technical, I do not know if this project meets the inclusion criteria: https://f-droid.org/docs/Inclusion_Policy/

If it does meet this criteria, I will request for it to be packaged for Fdroid. Does it meet the criteria?
