I don't have the Apple Developer ID certificate, so it is not possible to port it to brew cask. May I would get it later.

In the doc of How to add a cask to homebrew-cask, the requirement of "Apple Developer ID certificate" is not mentioned.

I will check if it is really not a necessity.

Currently I setup a self-hosted tap for it ian4hu/clipy. You can install it by brew install ian4hu/clipy/ian4hu-clipy
