Autoformatting doesn't work with Vue 3

When I specify autoFormat prop nothing happens. The phone number isn't formatted.

For instance, I start typing: 7275671200. And when I type the last zero I don't see any formatting applied. Literally the same code works perfectly fine in Vue 2 application.

@blamaestro i had the same issue with beta 6 and now it seems to work with 6.0.0-beta.7 :)

I'm facing this issue in 8.1.4

edit: I was doing some weird watchEffect stuff on my component, it's working properly
