Possible Bug when validating phones from Germany

This issue is to report a possible bug in the library, when Germany is selected in the country picker, some wrong numbers like "1234" or "1111" are classified as valid numbers. I have tried to validate these same numbers in third applications such as: https://www.textmagic.com/free-tools/phone-validator or libphonenumber and classifies them as invalid.

I am currently using version 5.6.2
