[highLatitudeRule not working]

Hello Brother

I just noticed that highLatitudeRule does not work, i.e when I change to different rules (middle_of_the_night, seventh_of_the_night & twilight_angle) nothing changes in the prayer times of fajr and isha.

can you please clarify this?
