Implement support Multi-thread working loading bitmap

I had modify lib of you with other change :

• Update version FFmpegMediaMetadataRetriever
• Using OPTION_CLOSEST for load frame OPTION_CLOSEST_SYNC not working on low device version
• Support function release
• Support Multi-thread working loading bitmap
• Remove list file in emit processing function

I need you allow create PR to update lib
