Maintenance status?

I apologise if this ticket seems invasive or critical, but I am concerned about the current maintenance status of DayJS.

Writing this, last release was in August 2024 - almost a year ago. The 2.0 alpha was announced 3 years ago but it is not clear what progress has been made recently.

There are 900+ open issues and 200+ open PRs.

I see there is some commit activity, but it tends to be minor tweaks to docs and the like rather than significant functional changes.

Is this project still considered active?

I've been noticing this library kinda abandoned for quite some time now. I've been using my forked version for most fixes needed to be merged. Feel free to use it. https://www.npmjs.com/package/@adlanarifzr/dayjs
