Bower fails for latest version of angular-material

I am using angular-material version 1.1.3 and bower fails because the library requires version 1.1.1. Is there a way to work around keeping the latest version of the angular material and use the table library? or should the dependencies for this library be updated to latest version and only then it can be used?

@LabN36 Nope we are using another library for the table by https://github.com/daniel-nagy/md-data-table.
