Server join screen

AoS has it, OpenSpades has, should we has it? You know, the screen where you pick your team (and weapon).

I see no reason to copy AoS on this - most games have something similar. But yes, I would prefer you had the ability to choose your team, rather than just getting dumped in. Auto-join could exist too, for those that want to be dumped in.

Such a screen could be useful for a server MOTD or similar too (or a screen before this one, like many Source games). That's another issue though, but something to consider.

Since teams don't have a huge difference, could do like a few games I've seen where you chose what team you prefer to be on, and when you join a server it tries to drop you into it, or if its full just puts you on the other team.
