How do you compile new version from source files?

This was built on libctru

I believe you set up devkitpro with libctru, run make all or make build in this repo, and it should build 3dsx, elf, and smdh files From there you can turn those into a cia file with makerom

I don't remember why I asked this...I think it must have been me seeing the source with newer edits than the release dates and you forgetting to compile the newer edits to release....
