Local images are displayed but can't be copied or printed

Describe the bug When I use local images with Markdown files they get properly displayed in Chrome Browser. When I right-click an image and say open in new tab, this single image is also correctly displayed. If I refresh the page I get a 404 error.

This might be the reason why I am not able to

  • print markdown files from the browser - the images are lost
  • insert images into a word document. No images

  • OS: Windows 10
  • Neovim nightly
  • node v14
