Use Win+SHIFT+S Instead of Snipping Tool

The Windows 10 Snip&Sketch interface is much more better and more productive than the classic Snipping tool, therefore the snipping tool should be replaced with the New One.

Also with this upcoming Replacement, I am also thinking to Remove the Screenshot Ability of the AI instead it will use "WIN+SHIFT+S" for taking Screenshots.
