Autopilot not working on different desktops

If i have the app oppened on Desktop one and start autopilot, it works fine. But if i switch to desktop 2 (to use any other app, browser... etc), the webspoof app keeps moving on the map, but not on my phone. As soon as i come back to the firrst desktop, I move on the phone.

Any idea ?
