in the correct place but pokemon go not working

I'm in the right place, i can see myself moving but can't capture pokemon (every time it ran away) and pokestop not working

is that have to do with the last update 0.31.0 ??

It's probably a soft ban by Niantic

Hi, had that yesterday, too and found a way to "remove" the Softban. It may sound a little strange, but for me it was working.

For pokestops: go to one, open it, turn it, close it. Repeat this 40 times for this pokestop and you will get items again for all pokestops.

For catching Pokémon: try to catch a Pokémon and throw 30 balls without success. (I throwed them to the side). Now you can catch Pokémon again.

I first thought it was a fake when I googled it yesterday, but as you could see it's not ;) I think for now it's the solution excepting if Nantic has changed something in their newest update.
