add new tools

I'm trying to add a print/saveimage button to my application but I can't find how to do it. I have done it with other maps but I can't find where to add without moving everything in bootleaf. Is there any guide or something I could follow? Thank you very much!

There isn't yet any documentation on how to add tools. But if you follow the pattern of the tools in the /js/plugins directory, that would be the way to do it.

A print/save image function would be great, so if you want to add this and submit a pull request I would happily merge it. Otherwise, I'll have to add it to the wish-list for when I finally find some time for these ;)
