Tree widget: "Show all" and similar header buttons don't handle filtered hierarchies

In case of filtered hierarchies, the "Show all", "Hide all", etc. header buttons in 2.x generation widget used to apply visibility changes only to filtered nodes. In 3.0 they always handle the hierarchy as a whole. Should keep the 2.x functionality.
